The California Camping Cap for the SCA roof type 194 is pulled deep into the windscreen.

Please choose your desired color from the options and whether you want the cap with or without window (s). The left window must always be opened, the right (passenger side) is fixed like in the tent bellows. The front window is also fixed. The Toprail option determines whether Toprail or Highrail, Multirail adapters are included for the cap attachment (see also pictures).

After this roof is also installed in different installation heights (as with the current V-Class Marco Polo models), we deliver the adapters in the variable version that has proven itself very well.

The California camping "Cap-Effect":

The cover creates a protective air cushion.

The permanently installed cotton tent bellows no longer get wet.

The insulation effect of the air cushion.

Lower interior temperature in summer, less heat loss through the erected roof in winter.

A constant distance of approx. 5 cm between the cap and the roof ensures good ventilation without moisture build-up.

Our California roof cover, the so-called cap, is not only the ideal solution if you want to go camping in California in autumn or winter, but also protects against high indoor temperatures and rain in summer.

The cap in four standard colors:

Silver = goes well with all colors and is particularly good in heat (lower interior temperature when exposed to sunlight)
Anthracite = matches all dark colors
Dark blue = matches Shadow Blue
Light blue = the right shade for ravenna blue

The Airtex fabric is characterized by its absolute impermeability to water, robustness and durability.

The cap and the insulating cap effect give you optimal protection in bad and cold weather. You can also order your cap with windows. Simply choose from the window option whether you want two side windows, a front window or windows in the side walls and in the front.

The scope of delivery:

Cap, 4/8 variable adapter for TopRail attachment, rubber cord with S nylon hooks and the matching storage bag with drawstring, 2 suction cups with long tensioners for attaching the windscreen.
